Where We've Stayed in Ajo, Arizona

Shadow Ridge RV Resort, is a located on the main drag in the southern Arizona town of Ajo. This is an older park, with lots of long term and snowbird residents, yet was fairly well maintained.

One of the bad things about the park is that it is located on the side of a hill. What then hadn't done was to make the sites very level, which required a great deal of lift at the front of the RV to even be somewhat level. Some people either had sites that sloped more than others, or were a little onverzealous in the leveling department

We used it simply as a one night stopover on our way to Mexico and while it is not the park for people who are into 5 star RV Resorts, we would definitely stay here again under the same circumstances. We paid $24 a night for our one night stay. We stayed here in January of 2007.
